What is Sdudi?

Sdudi is a portable desktop that can fit in your pocket. Sdudi Smart Stick is a USB II that comes loaded with Sdudi O.S., Open Office™, Firefox™, GAIM™ (Instant Messaging), MP3/DVD players, email, online storage, and patent pending social networking site (Community Forums™). In other words, you’ll have robust, hardware-free computing.  You plug Sdudi into a compatible computer and have your entire O.S. operate off of the USB.

The stick is encrypted with a secure login and when an internet connection is present; you can sync and store all of your files on the systems Cluster Server no matter what computer you’re working on. Even if you lose your stick, no one will be able to access your files and you’ll have a backup of everything on the server. No internet connection? No problem. If you can’t get online, you can work offline using the memory of the Smart Stick and sync up later.

To start, Sdudi will be launching at the University of Toledo in an on-campus beta program.   Additionally Sdudi has opportunities to market to college students/ k – 12 and business users.   Sdudi has the need to define the companies launch markets and test the company’s servers/technology in an upcoming 100 user test being planned.   Sdudi requires help with:

  • Revenue Assumptions
  • Managing Partnerships
  • Creating an offering sheet/ due diligence process

We will explain the companies market differentiators and the competitors as well as demonstrate the service.  The company is enrolled in state and local tax credit programs and has received grant money for accounting.   Sdudi is involved in partnerships raising capital/ developing marketing programs and market penetration for the US and EU. The company has been self funded to date and has filed patents for the company’s processes and services in the domestic and international markets.   The company has an office at the Incubator for Clean and Alternative Energy at the University of Toledo and is poised to raise capital/ launch the office and start the test.
